We all have the right to affordable housing! There is a need for a new approach in housing supply, for groups that fall outside the commercial market but don’t qualify for social housing. Norway, like the Czech Republic, is experimenting with ways to introduce a "third housing sector" - investors who are not building for profit. It can be a private person, company or municipality. The conference facilitated the sharing of experiences between Norway and the Czech Republic.
